Founder
Luke Kirouff is Community Outreach Media's founder and managing director. Over the last fifteen years he has worked with many high profile clients in the entertainment industry Including ESPN, VH1, NFL Network, KEYT-ABC, EA Sports, UPN and Netflix. However, he started Community Outreach Media in 2015 to serve non-profit clients and charitable causes. He quickly realized that municipalities and candidates could also greatly benefit form his new media outreach methods. He states that the companies philosophy is to build communities through engaging content creation and effective distribution.
